Who I Am?  Tracy Eriks, Realtor is:

     I am a very motivated person striving to maintain a harmonious relationship both professional and personally.  I strive to give full cooperation assiting with a keen watchfull eye during the entire real estate transaction.

     My backgound includes many years as a Registered Nurse caring for patients in the Intensive Care Unit at a local Hospital in Ventura County.  I promise I will watch over your real Estate Transaction as I may have once keenly watched over your family member in The Intensive Care Unit. 

     I am also a Real Estate Enterpuneur.   I enjoy investing in Real Estate and continue to grow a diverse portfolio.

     I am a gifted painter of Roses.  I will happily give a painting  of my Roses as a thank you for doing business gift.  I have won many awards for my paintings.

     My family is very important to me.  I thoughly enjoy spending time with my family.  Home ownership helps me continue to keep ties with my family.  We often have weekend gatherings in Idlyllwild in a mountain cabin I have there or at the beach in Oxnard where I reside.
