  I would like to offer some personal advice regarding shopping for mortgages.   Many times shopping only for the best rates will not include extra fees and charges that could cost you thousands of dollars to close the loan,  All loan orignators and brokers must be licensed by the State of California is they are going to process a loan that will be secured by real estate located withn the state.  There are some banks and lenders that have been issued exemptions,.  You can check the license status on the State of California WEB  site.   Instead of shopping on line I would encourage you to pick up the phone and call on of the agents listed below.
